We prefer that our potential clients contact us directly, however, here are a few of the questions we get asked the most:

Which cameras and equipment do you use?​
We use Canon SDLR cameras (6D) several different Canon and Sigma lenses, Canon flashes, led video lights, small softboxes and diffusers and zoom flashlights when necessary. We are recognized for not being invasive; we do not use or like to use big softboxes, tripods or reflectors.

Who will I see during the wedding?
We will always be two people: Laura and Gustavo. We do not subcontract photographers and we do not work independently, only as a team. We do both photos and video (unless you don't hire the video, we'll both do only photos) and this allows us to cover more angles and more moments. We may bring an additional person if you request a complete non-stop video and we need to use another videographer.

What if I want pictures while I get ready? What if I don't?
Coverage begins two (2) hours before the ceremony. Laura will go wherever the bride is getting ready and Gustavo will go to the groom. We encourage the groom to also allow us to cover his "getting ready"... if he doesn't we will both go with the bride. If neither of you want this coverage we will arrive before the ceremony and stay longer during the reception, but we highly discourage this option for several reasons and will try to talk you out of it!

Do you deliver all the images?
​We deliver around 500 - 1000 photos (depending mainly on the ammount of hours we are hired) but that doesn't mean we deliver them all. We do a big selection and post-processing job where we select the best images of each moment. All the selected images are delivered with basic edition and retouching (depending on the chosen plan you can request additional retouches - up to this date none have been requested). Images are delivered in high resolution and medium resolution (so you can share them easily with your friends and family).

What about the video files?​
Upon request we will deliver along with the rest of the files in the USB a complete video (with no sophisticated edition) with all the separate videoclips that are captured during the wedding with real audio.

How long until you deliver our photos?
We understand the importance of a fast delivery and the excitement you feel about looking at your wedding pictures. In the contract we sign, we ask for sixty (60) working days for the first delivery of the photos and the video. However, we try to deliver faster than that.

What does the final product look like?
We deliver all digital files in a USB that goes inside a personalized box (please refer to images below) and an envelope with the printed photos (10 or 20 depending on the chosen plan). If you request the photobook it will all be delivered at the same time. If you live outside of Colombia we will send you everything through mail (additional fees may apply) or leave it with a friend or relative that will eventually visit you.

Do you cover Destination Weddings?
Yes we definitely do, in fact, we love them. Please contact us and tell us about your destination wedding and its location and we will send you a personalized quote. Weddings in Bogotá, Cartagena and Cali do not require lodging expenses.
